Remembrance Day Parade

The annual act of Remembrance in which the Junior & Company Section parade from the leisure centre to the Memorial Hall.

Please could all the boys meet in the leisure centre car park no later than 10.30 in full uniform and wearing a poppy.

Anchors will be allowed to join us at the Memorial Hall for the short service there. Please collect your son before we set off back again.

BB Parade Service - Harvest Festival

Our first Parade service for this session and it is an all age service celebrating the Harvest Festival.

Please could all the boys meet in the church foyer no later than 9.40 in full uniform.

Harvest gifts this year will be non perishable food items that can be donated to local food banks. Tinned fruit, meats and vegetables, along with soup and desserts will be most welcome.

BB GB Camp

BB GB Camp

We will be holding our annual camp over the weekend of Friday 25th May – Monday 28th May 2018. This year it will be a joint Boys’ Brigade/Girls’ Brigade camp.

We are returning to Whithaugh Park, Newcastleton in the Scottish Borders. Accommodation will be in log cabins and, as usual, there will be loads of fantastic outdoor activities mixed together with lots of fun and fellowship.

The cost of the camp is £180 per person, however we would like to make this trip as accessible to as many families in our company so we are therefore asking you to pay a non-refundable deposit of £30, and it is then our intention to fund raise the rest of the cost of the trip, if we are successful in this fundraising there will be no final balance to pay, however if we fall short of our fundraising target we will ask you to pay a final balance in April. I cannot stress enough how important it will be for you to support us with our fundraising efforts over the next 6 months. We have plenty of events planned from Christmas fairs to bag packs and car washes. So hopefully with you and your son’s support we will reach our target.
